We use quality materials and are certified to install and provide warranties from Johns Manville, Carlisle, Derbigum, GAF, CertainTeed and Soprema.

Roof Systems:

(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer EPDM or Rubber) is a popular single ply roofing material for. It can be applied as a ballasted system, mechanically fastened or fully adhered.

(Thermoplastic Polyolefin) TPO: This is the bright white membrane that you see on many roofs. The membrane is highly reflective and energy efficient. Typical installation methods are fully adhered or mechanically fastened.

Modified Bitumen roofing: This membrane comes in rolls and can be purchased as a smooth or granulated sheet. It is a durable roofing material that that holds up well to foot traffic. It is available in several colors with white being the most popular. It is common to use modified bitumen membranes to tie into steep slope roofs that have asphalt shingles or metal roofing. A color can be chosen that comes close to matching the color of the steep slope material when the transition is visible from the ground.
